Lipido-colloid antibacterial contact layer


Description

Sterile non-occlusive, non-adhesive, antibacterial lipido-colloid contact layer (issued from the Lipido-Colloid Technology, exclusive patented innovation by Laboratoires Urgo).

Urgotul® Silver/Argent/Plata is a lipido-colloid dressing made of a polyester mesh impregnated with hydrocolloid particles (carboxymethylcellulose), vaseline particles and silver salts.

Indications

Local treatment of low to moderate exuding acute wounds (burns, skin abrasions, traumatic wounds…) and chronic wounds (leg ulcers, pressure ulcers…) at risk of infection.

 

Method of use

  • Cover with a secondary dressing and a bandage
  • Renewal every 1 to 3 days.
